The Ramada Multan was wonderful! The staff was very courteous, professional, and paid attention to the details. From the airport shuttle service, to dining, they did a fantastic job! The food was delicious and the wait staff was on point! I'm from the US and I felt welcomed.

We had an exceptional stay in the wonderful city of Multan, thanks to the amazing staff who took great care of my family and me. Our every need was met with exceptional service. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider extending breakfast hours to accommodate guests from different time zones.

As per Multan standard, it was good but for someone comparing with US then it was below average in cleaning and condition of the room. Breakfast buffet was the best thing of this hotel. Service was good and they have same employees for years. Although, they do need to have a proper communication when message is left at the front desk.
Room cleanliness needs some attention. Sewer odor in washroom. Washroom needed repairs and updates.

It was good but the hotel is old. Elevator didn’t work the whole time so guest used the staff elevator. Cleanliness needs improvement. Service is good. Food was all Pakistani, very little western food.

We stopped over for one night while on a road trip. The room was very comfortable but not very spacious, the bathroom seemed a bit dated but water pressure and amenities were good. Nice breakfast.Overall a good stay.
