Lovely, helpful, cheerful staff. Went, literally, the extra mile to help. Personally took me shopping and banking. Spanish lessons. Swift shuttle to and from airport. Stay here when in town.

They try to give us the smallest room in a 4th floor without elevator, because of our reservation through Hotels.com
After discusson I was able to get a larger room in the 3rd floor. Other guests were noisy at night.
Stayed there only because of location convenient to a home I am remodelling.

Not close to air port but sounds like you are on runway. No air conditioner. Need to be buzzed in and out, small rooms, noisy neighborhood, no coffee in room, staff was nice but could only say that it was exactly what was advertised. Last minute booking on our part so I guess you get what you ask and pay for.
