We stayed here during early July and were disappointed with the quality. We gave our clothes for laundry service and paid a pretty hefty amount. The clothes came back unfolded!

The staff at the Royal Inn Hotel in Cusco are amazing. We want to lift up Olga and Hillary for making our stay at the hotel a memorable one. After our awful experience at an Airbnb in Cusco, Olga and Hillary went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. It is because of these two amazing ladies that we left happy. The room was very clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

When we arrived in Cusco, riots were taking place right in the area where the hotel was located. The hotel had actually closed due to safety concerns, but we had nowhere else to go. They took us in and let us stay until the airport opened up and we could get a flight home. They also provided us with breakfast every morning and food/beverages until we could get to a little convenience store to get some supplies. They went above/beyond to help us out. Would absolutely stay there again.

Would not stay here again. The rooms were very cold and the little hot plate on the wall did little to warm them up. The hot water was iffy. You may have some, or you may not, or it may take a good 10 minutes to warm up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom so unless we opened the window, the towels never fully dried and everything was constantly damp. Some members of our group had to switch rooms due to mold on the bathroom ceiling. Plus it's a good 30-minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, where all the good shops and restaurants are located. There are plenty of affordable places near the plaza that are better and have reliable hot water.

Location was great and room was great. Every morning we had breakfast ready and prepared for us. They asked our preference of style of eggs and had fresh fruit and juice for us. The best thing about the entire stay was the amazing staff. Everyone was helpful, polite and always ready to offer assistance. The front desk clerks were all knowledgeable of the area and were happy to provide a map for places to see in Cusco. Along with providing recommendations they were also quick to call us a taxi. This wad inportant so we were able to know a safe taxi service.
