Staff at this location are welcoming and friendly; security personnel are also friendly and professional. Bar staff are polite, and make for a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms quiet and clean. Restaurant Paprika serves very good food, and has an attentive staff.
Very good place to stay arriving to Lima or departing Perú.

Great overnight stay close to the airport. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you for a great quick overnight stay. I had some pizza at the bar with a pisco sour. The bathroom and bed were clean

Very friendly staff. Very fast at check in. Had early breakfast. Clean rooms. Very quiet rooms. Not close to new airport, as the airport has been moved. There is a shuttle available from airport. You go outside. Go to the left under walkway is where the shuttle pick up is. Do not go out to area of taxi or Uber pick up. Shuttle pick up is just outside the doors to the right at airport.

The stay was average. The bedsheet had a stain on it, but we checked in quite late and were exhausted so didn’t say anything. Aside from that, everything was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

This was honestly the most ridiculous stay of my life. The hotel is located an extremely inconvenient distance from the airport and the shuttle service is extremely inadequate. We were unable to find the shuttle to travel from the airport to the hotel and then when it came time to travel from the hotel to the airport the shuttle was extremely late and took much longer than advertised. They were able however to fill an entire shuttle with employees while 20 guests stood by waiting to make it to the airport for their. flights. Airport hotels are supposed to be convenient and easy and this one is far far from it. The shuttle service needs to be more frequent if they plan to continue operating like this.

Hotel is nice, with good breakfast buffet. But it’s right across from the old airport, not the new one. So it’s a 20 minute (or more) shuttle ride and the shuttle runs about every 30 minutes. Not terrible but not what I thought I was booking.
And then my room flooded due to water coming from the adjacent room. I was checking out so it didn’t really matter to me, but very glad I had already packed up.

Next to closed old airport. False advertising as far from new active airport. Even Uber had a hard time finding,. 2 security checkpoints to drive through old airport to access. Basic poor room.

Hotel has nice rooms. Transportation with the relocation to the new terminal to this property takes 30 minutes or so. You will need to plan on extra time in case the shuttle is full and you need to wait for a second one. New Wyndham is across from the new terminal.

This property used to be connected to the airport, but there is a new airport at Lima. So you have to take a shuttle bus now, and it is about a 15 minute drive. This is no longer convenient to the airport. The charge for this hotel is WAY too high for this lack of convenience. The rooms are very small. The cost is pretty outrageous for Peru. There aren't a lot of options in the area, but try to find a cheaper and more convenient option. The staff is nice and breakfast is good, but this doesn't make the cost worth it.

I stayed a night coming into Lima. The shuttle arrived quickly and staff was friendly and accommodating. I was late for the buffet breakfast but they made some fresh scrambled eggs and brought them to my table.

You can’t walk here any longer, you have to take a bus which takes anout 15 minutes to essentially make a circle around the airport. Had massive flight delays, checked in at 5:30am and they gave us late 2pm check out. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are simple but clean. Staff was friendly. Don’t forget to put your do not disturb sign on your or or they will knock constantly to offer water, etc.

Property was clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. The only issue is that the property was a 15 minute drive from the airport which was falsely advertised. The new Wyndham Costa del Sol right across the street from the airport was not completed and opened yet.

Amazing hotel, everything is 24 hours! The restaurant and spa. We used the steam and sauna room at 10pm and my husband had a massage at 11:30pm. The food at the paprika restaurant was lovely, recommend the salmon starters and chicken mains. Great free drink too. The breakfast in the morning was nice but they were slow on refilling everything. Only con is this isn’t walking distance to the airport!! The airport is on site but the back entrance is closed so it’s a 15-40 min drive away. A shuttle bus goes from the airport which we weren’t informed about. A shuttle bus also goes to the airport every 30 minutes.
