WARNING BEFORE YOU BOOK
This specific listing is located in the OLD Airport, meaning you actually have to take a shuttle to get there from the New Airport which takes about 15-30 minutes depending on traffic.
I was under the impression I would just have to walk to the hotel, but this specific listing isn’t it. If you want the hotel that’s next to the airport, look for the other Wyndham listing
The property itself is good. They even have a complementary SPA Service, and a nice restaurant inside. They even packed us breakfast bags since we had an early departure.

This was a nice and convenient option. The staff was nice and welcoming. It’s connected to the airport and was a perfect arrival option as I got in really late. The property is well kept. There was a free breakfast included. The room service is 24 hours, reasonably priced, tasty and quick. I recommend staying here.

The airport changed location so it is no longer directly across from the terminal which was the lure of booking for convenience. Oh well. But other things such as long wait times to check in even though there are only a couple travelers in line, just seemed unnecessary. Honestly the rooms were not amazing and the bathroom was a bit moldy probably because the hotel designed the shower to leak out to the floor and your unable turn the shower on without getting wet. Terrible design not sure why hotels do this when trying to look modern anyway. Some mold makes it not so enjoyable. No hand towels or washcloths. And the shower was scolding hot, so that was an issue. The hotel served its purpose but no way am I giving it 4 or 5 stars. I expect this though as it’s a super busy hotel. The staff was friendly and nice though. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming too but again I was not expecting much.

It says hotel is at the airport but it doesnt say that it is by the old airport and 30 minutes shuttle away from the new airport.
We arrive at the hotel and nothing was ready for us including reservation or room. It took them about 1 hour at 1:00 am to give us the room. It waa like this for every person on the ahuttle

I often stay in this hotel, probably 6-8 times a year. Since the new airport was opened, the service here has been downgraded. Poor shuttle service, long wait times for check ins, and their buffett breakfast this morning did not include "eggs cooked your way", like they always have in the past. Also, my room did not have hot water for a shower. I was very disappointed in their shuttle service as well, it did not run on time, nor could you make reservations. Overall, 3/10.

I had booked the new hotel, but it wasn’t ready yet, so I had to go through a shuttle service all the way around the airport and into their old hotel. I could’ve booked any hotel in the city at that point. Showering was unpleasant. Water was normal, scalding hot, or cold in cycles. Their offer for the inconvenience were a couple of drink tickets which I didn’t have time to use anyways. The beds weren’t very comfortable either.

Staff nice. However the big issue of this hotel is that it is in airport that is closed. The selling point and why I paid a pretty high rate was for the convenience of walking from the plane right into hotel. That is not the case. Airport is closed. Whole area is deserted.
I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED. I would have booked a different hotel.
Staff made up for it but I feel like false advertising.

My brother was put in a room in which the shower flooded the bedroom floor. He was also charged twice for tax on the room reservation. The breakfast buffett lacked proper warming trays and the food was cold. So much for the great Wyndham reputation.
