WeI had an amazing stay at Best Western Plus The Ivywall! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our trip was seamless. They expertly arranged all our local tours and transfers, making our travels hassle-free. The spa was a wonderful retreat, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible team—everyone was kind, helpful, and highly skilled in English communication, making interactions smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended, especially at this reasonable price level.

最棒的是三樓按摩spa,環境乾淨放鬆,按得很好價格非常公道,我們去了二次。
我們很喜歡Best Western Ivywall酒店，如果我们返回公主港，我們很願意再次入住。

美中不足的是訂房訊息沒弄清楚,提前一天問我們何時要check out 感覺像在趕客人,重點是要入住前明明就有提供資料預約check out 後的機場接送,好在後來妥善處理, 有機會應該還會入住,不過泳池的清潔需再加強,水中有飄浮物就該換水,泳池那麼小衛生更應該做足來

Very nice hotel, very clean and great staff. Only negative was the constant banging, it went on all day and night, every night we were there, not so good if you're a light sleeper. And the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
