Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, o facilitate a seamless check-in experience, the individual making a reservation on behalf of another must input the name of the guest who will be checking in at the time of booking. We will no longer accept authorization letters or last-minute amendments. The name provided in the booking voucher must correspond with the valid ID presented during check-in. If the names do not match, the booking will be declined. This policy is implemented to prevent unauthorized use of bookings. Names provided in the booking must be genuine and not pseudonyms, as verification will be based on the presented valid ID. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

I love where the hotel located. The food is enough it fill our tummy. However, some of the receptionist were not hospitable and doesn't even know how to smile or even greet us except the girl with glasses and the one on the midnight shift

The common room was not really good. The supply of water is low. We asked for pail for several times but there was no response.
