The staff was awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful. They did everything to help us book a boat to taal volcano and even providex us tips. Food was great. The only downside was the air conditioner in our room. It was not kicking in well so it was uncomfortably hot. Wifi was not great. Too bad tv reception was not also ok. However, if you are only looking forward to hiking taal volcano, this hotel is a great location.

There is no beach but a lake (part of Taal lake), which is not swimmable. But they have 2 pools, for adults and kids, very clean and clear water. The house/villa is clean with comfy beds, functional kitchen. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our stay was great!
