I am very dissatisfied because: 1. Bathroom water flow is very, very small. 2. The AC is not cold 3. There are no instructions on turning on the TV, so I don't watch TV at all. 4. Fruits on the breakfast menu are very lacking.

Poor hotel. Aircon not good had to change room. Safe in room not working. Toilet blocked. Lots of ants. Breakfast not the best not hot just had the toast and coffee. General service poor. Staff trying but seem not to be trained in dealing with customers. Just poor .

Yes, room furniture was quited dated and had an 80s feel, but we had a pleasant stay. Place was spacious and clean, location prime, heater working, staff efficient, and check-in so easy. We had no problems just showing our hotel voucher on our phone. Room rate included food already.
