We had a short but wonderful stay at this hotel. How I wish we stayed longer to be able to enjoy all their amenities. The beach was fantastic, crystal clear water and fine white sand at its best. The area had a lot of activities, the play area at Monterey was very cozy. Shuttle services was swift, thumbs up! Going from one place to another was never a problem because of the great coordination of the security and the shuttle drivers. I'd book this hotel and next time, my stay will be longer! A must!

We had a wonderful stay here! a piece of paradise! the staff are all friendly and accommodating, Ms. Rich, excellent service! she was there during our dinner and during our breakfast the next morning, very consistent. all the staff are sincere greeting all the visitors. we will definitely come back with our family next time ❤️

It was a an awesome stay. Upgraded to Premier Room for our 4 days 3 nights stay. The food was great. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended! Family friendly.

入住當天剛好遇到長灘島電力供應有問題,所以渡假村啟動了發電機設備,但我們被安排到的房間剛好在發電機旁邊,check in時櫃枱也並未告知此情況。當我們進到房間時,發現整個噪音讓耳朵非常不舒服,尤其在浴室內的迴音更是連1分鐘都無法多待。不僅如此,我們家庭旅遊共訂了3間房,其中1間甚至冷氣是壞的,且霉味很重。打電話向櫃檯反應噪音及冷氣的問題,要求換房,他們說會來看,結果等了1個多小時都沒看到半個人影。後來來了4,5個人看冷氣問題都沒有被解決,其中1個還很瞎的說已經處理好了。從頭到尾都沒有飯店人員主動且積極的協助解決問題。再打去要求換房,告知我們希望3間房可以在附近,他們說只能幫我們換1間房,另外2間隔天再換。我們只好先換了1間房,讓冷氣壞掉那間的人先換。到了隔天都沒有人主動告知換房的事,早上去問,說要等下午check out的情況再告知,到了下午再去問,說沒辦法換鄰近的房間,如果我們要換,三間會在不同棟...而且,他們認為噪音問題已經解決了,因為只有第一天有啟動發電機...所以他們不認為我們有換房的必要。但我們因此,另外一間被迫拆另外一棟,從一開始我們都有提出希望在附近的需求。然而,這中間沒有任何工作人員主動來告知我們狀況,都是我們自己不斷的向櫃枱詢問。
我們第二天在門前掛了清理房間的牌子,到了下午4:00都沒有來清理...
最後一天因為早上6:00就要離開去搭飛機,無法趕上飯店的早餐時間。請飯店協助準備1人1份餐盒,他們告知只會有1個三明治,1個香蕉,1瓶水。因為同行有食量較大的男生,要求可不可以多1個三明治,他們也不同意。早餐飯店用餐是Beffet,為什麼帶走就只能給1個三明治?我非常不能理解！
這裡除了無邊際泳池跟私人海灘吸引人之外,真的沒有其他可取之處了....
連接駁車一天也只有三班可以去Dmall。

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairways Bluewater resort! The staff were so friendly & respectful, & got us a shuttle quickly to whereever we wanted to go. The room was beautifully decorated, soft beds & pillows, with modern bathroom & a big hot shower. The pools & spas as so relaxing & enjoyable with music, & tropical views. The foam pool party was a blast with music, & fire dancers afterward. The private white sand beach was so relaxing & beautiful with the teal water & lava cliffs & the infinity pool above has a spectacular views! The free breakfast was fresh & had a bountiful selection of everything imaginable. The restaurants serve delicious American & Philipine meals with live music in the evenings & the gelato & cakes are scrupulous! We highly recommend it!!

2인 성인 예약잘못해서 아이들2인 추가 금액 지불하고 이용했으나 아이들에 대한 서비스는 (수건이나 물) 없었음. 매번 요청하고 설명해야 겨우 받을수 있었으며 화장실 냄새와 물빠짐도 안되서 방 교채를 말했더니 2인실을 보여줘서 깜짝 놀람. 분명 어른2과 아이2의 비용을 비불했는데 왜 2인실을 보여주는지 말하니 그제서야 또 4인실을 보여주고… 진짜 서비스는 거지 같음. 7년전에 너무 즐겁게 다녀왔던 기억으로 다시 재방문했으니 절대로 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳이 되었다.
I initially made a reservation for 2 adults, but after realizing the mistake, I paid the extra fee for 2 children as well. However, there were no services provided for the kids (such as towels or water). We had to ask and explain every single time just to get them. On top of that, the bathroom smelled terrible, and the water didn’t drain properly. When I asked to change the room, they surprisingly showed me a room for 2 people, even though I had clearly paid for 2 adults and 2 children. Only after pointing this out did they finally show us a 4-person room. The service was truly terrible. Seven years ago, I had such a wonderful experience here, which is why I decided to visit again, but now I can say I absolutely never want to come back.

Everything was great. Experience was memorable. Small downside is that it's situated at the end of all the excitement and action. But the travel is short, there's activities in the hotel and a mall across the street from the entrance. They handled my wedding very well. There was a small issue with giving me and my fiance (now wife) a room with 2 twin sized beds on our wedding weekend. After explaining the issue it was promptly corrected. There were small issues here and there but nothing I can think of breaking the 5 star imo. Special thanks to the concierge, chefs and cleaning staff for making my wedding a excellent experience

スパはマッサージを受ける専用のところなのか、お風呂などあるのか分からぬまま、結局行けずに帰りました。プライベートビーチの岩場近く少しだけ魚がいました。
