I really loved my stay at Go Hotel Otis in Manila! It’s very Muslim-friendly, so I didn’t even need to worry about finding the Qibla, it was already provided. The room was surprisingly spacious for such an affordable price. What amazed me even more is that the hotel is in the same building as a mall. super convenient! Honestly, I enjoyed everything. It’s also very close to the airport, which made my trip easier. So far, nothing has disturbed my stay at all. Highly recommended!

Somebody opened our door around 2am. When we checked, it is a guy in white shirt. The front-desk lady said, the guy mentioned our room no. (which he thought, his room) so he got an access card. Good thing we always double lock our door. If not, then, what if somebody took our things and run. We will never know what may happen.

Room according to the photo presented. Quiet, clean, comfortable, spacious, next to a supermarket and coffee shop and freight forwarding services and happen to be close to my friend's house, so it often happens to stay at this Otis Go hotel if it's right in Manila. Even if you don't provide hotel slippers.

Booked Jan 9-10 no internet but it has a valid reason due to Feast of Nazarene, extend for another night 10-11 still no internet connection eventhough feast was already finished.

Location and price are good. It was a good stay but it was not great for the following reasons: 1) The parking fees. It would be great if they can make arrangements with the parking management to give a real fixed rate for those checked in at their hotel. Due to the parking fees, we had to pay more compared to just staying at the hotel next to the event venue we went to. 2) Noisy "neighbors" / Not enough sound proofing. I had to call the front desk twice because the people checked in next to ours were too noisy (they were shouting, talking and watching tv all too loudly) and my two little kids were getting scared. If they can't manage people like those staying in their hotel, they should try putting in more sound proofing.

We stayed for 1 night only, staff are accommodating and approachable. Room is nice but the odor not good. It smelled cigarette when u enter the room.There is no pair of slippers too, so u need to go out again just to buy.

I booked this hotel since it is near to the places we planned to visit (manila ocean park, intramuros and etc) but we didn't know the bridge near this hotel is under repair and unpassable thus prevented us to travel easily. No taxi around and most grab drivers cancelled our bookings. It was a super hassle stay :( the hotel is okay but as for the moment I guess it is inconvenient to stay in this hotel due to the road blockage. Sad to say, we weren't able to tour around manila because of the said reason :( it was a waste staycation, waste of time, effort and money. It was the worst vacation we experienced in manila as everything was wasted. Hotel amenities: no toothpaste given.
