Happy Ripples Beach Resort

When we checked in, the receptionist was impolite. She keep on asking when did I book only to find out that they are fully booked that day, good thing I read a review and texted the mobile number posted on their facebook account and got a confirmation through text. My husband was about to search for the legal actions that we can do. We drove 4 hrs from Pasig and a refund would not be enough. We ended up getting a room with 3 beds. The food was okay however I saw the dirty nails of their chef. The beach was not maintained. They could have at least clean the part where the resort is located. The staff were not accommodating specially in the reception area.

Very bad experience and service, our family vacation was ruined during the holy week. I booked the room 3 weeks before when we arrived they advised us to wait for at least 1 hour and just to advised us that they wasn't able to reserve the room. Facilities were not maintained and food is bad, you need to wait for very long hours for your order and yet not presentable to eat.
