I have 2 nights stay and yet they only gave me 1 bath towels. When I requested for a fresh bath towel because the first one is soiled and they haven't changed it, they charged me fee for requesting a fresh one although on their policy book it indicated that you may request to change your amenities like towels according to days of the guest stay. They also charged me a fee for requesting bottle water for my 2nd day. And most of all, all is untidy. So dirty, I found used disposable mask for COVID behind toilet lavatory. Staffs are not friendly. I will not come back here again. All is scam! Not a good place to stay! I was in Egypt 1. Terrible place.

I didn't use the wifi because the password they give is not working and 12 different character it 's so hard to key in I suggest they should simplify the password for the wifi.
