The travel desk in the lobby was a great help in booking ferry reservations and for arranging countryside tours. Very helpful and courteous staff...all of them!

Nice location. Great staff as most Filipinos are. Limited breakfast but sufficient as it’s included in the price 👍 Avoid rooms next door to balconies, smoking is allowed there, people congregate there, smoking and talking to the early hours. As a non smoker it wasn’t a nice place to be. 1 guest was there on his phone shouting down the line at 4.30 am, at 5am I politely asked if he could tone it down as I was trying to sleep. Typical selfish obese American he refused 🤔. He stayed there until 7.30am, yes 3 hours on a phone shouting, total ignoring anyone else that was still sleeping. Saying that I would have loved to have ejected him over the balcony was an understatement, as a non violent person I decided to request a new room. Which was granted at reception. Little did he know that for over 20 years I was a semi pro fighter and could have chosen not to be so polite 😳

Excellent place to stay when you’re in Dumaguete. I like their complimentary breakfast. Rooms as clean. Most especially the hotel and restaurant and concierge staff are very hospitable. I am thankful for the staff for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable all the time.

I enjoyed my stay in this Hotel, all the staff were very helpfull and the Buffet Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely choose this Hotel the next visit to Dumaguete.

Almost everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, the water pressure was good. We were on the 8th floor. Wi-Fi was weak. During the morning hot water was sometimes lacking during what we figured was peak usage. 24 hour security guards was nice. Definitely will stay here again.

I like coming to this property when iam in the town. It has what I need . And if I need anything additional it only a short walk. Also like the balcony access it has on evert floor,thats a plus for.me.

Reasonable hotel with a buffet breakfast ( limited non-Philippines options). The wifi in our room kept cutting out but seemed Ok in the common areas. Several Xmas functions held in the hotel during our 3 night stay. A little noisy but finished by 10pm.

This is a great hotel. Nice rooms. All the essentials in the room. Courteous staff. Very professional. Breakfast buffet is very tasty. Walking distance to Boulevard. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

It was a fair experience. The hotel is nice and we will stay again in the future.
