Hotel Sogo - Cagayan de Oro

It was okay for the area of town it was in.

Hotel SoGo was an affordable hotel to stay at. But our room wasn't cleaned so we had to ask the staff to clean and change sheets and towels after 1 week...also we had to empty the bins ourselves as nobody came to do this. The food was ok but expensive so we didn't use. One last thing..there was no hot water for the whole of our time here..we eventually changed hotel after nearly 2 weeks into our stay...i wouldn't recommend staying here...sorry

I will surely book again, the staff are very accommodating, the whole place is clean and everything is sanitized. It's quiet and peaceful, so you can really rest.

Was not a fan of this place. My room had bedbugs. When I told the staff this, they had no idea how to deal with it. I work in property management, so I deal with bed bugs from time to time. It is wise to throw away bedding and you absolutely need fumigation. Bed bugs spread easily and are extremely hard to get rid of. The staff just wanted to clean my room with housekeeping and spray a couple cans of insecticide. This will do absolutely nothing. I know that from experience. I had to convince them to give me another room. To their credit, they did give me another one. But I feel bad for the next person who stays in that old room. Also, their system kept glitching so they called me in my room on 4 different occasions, telling me that my scheduled check out date has already passed, which it hadn't. I had booked the room for 13 days. During those 13 days, I was bothered in my room on 4 separate occasions about checking out earlier. There were some other stuff too, but I won't get too deeply into the other negatives. The staff was very friendly, and the food was good. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about the place. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. It's not worth it.

Nice, quiet, convenient. Rooms are nice and large and exceptionally clean. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Stores and Eateries close by.

The room is so clean and very nice, that yo will really feel like you're just at home. The staff are very accommodating as well, they always attend to their customers needs right away. Excellent over all rating 😊. I enjoyed my stay...

any sogo in Iloilo?

The rooms are to small and its not good for a family of five. They don't provide extra bed.No restaurant.

Book the room for 3 days 2 nights, did not even make up the room during my entire stay. WiFi was intermittent connected. Once disconnected, I had to log in again. This is more like a lover hotel for short stay by hours. Lighting in the room was dim.

Even though I am easy to please when it comes to hotel accommodations, I will not come here again.
