Hotel Sogo Pasay Rotonda

Close to the airport makes it convenient, it’s a budget hotel, you get what you pay for. There is food hawkers, some restaurants, a 711 and street markets just outside. My aircon barely worked and noisy. A lot of people come here to shag and rents these rooms by the hour. Having said that the rooms are clean and today

so far , so good…

I paid for a 24 hour stay and they made me check out 12 hours later I didn’t arrive till after midnight. I’m still tired from that and I won’t be back in a hotel again ever so you can tell them that too.I’m i’m feeling ripped off pay Patient you’ll get 12 hours what a load of you don’t want I won’t be back there ever. I’ll tell all my other business friends don’t go there.

Room smelt of cigarettes, air conditioning control no where to be found and room 103 is the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed on a sogo rotunda, very disappointing

I was made to wait for an hour to check in despite the room being paid for already. This after a very long international flight. I also asked for a food menu so I can order food whilst waiting but I was told it is only in the room so need to wait till I get checked in. Very disappointing check in experience

Tv was not working like it suposed to do . After complaining they try to fix it .but no sucses. Neighbourhood is noisey dirty and there are realy anoying people there.

Great location, airport bus within 40 meters from door. Great shower and air conditioner

I would not recommend this hotel

I left to go to the airport and they got me a cab that the aircon did not work and the taxi driver would not run the meter even though I asked several times. Then he charged me double the amount of what it should have cost

The internet rarely worked. The cable tv didn't exist

All are dislike from the staff to the food and serving very dirty.

Food menu for quarantine was terrible. They have a 4 page menu, but every time I tried to order something they didn't have. They only 2 out of the 6 types of rice (just plain and garlic)... they only had 1 of the 6 different appetizers (just chicken wings) They only had 1 out of 6 pastas (just carbonar). When I asked for a sandwich, it depended on the day...some days only ham and cheese and the sogo club sandwhich, the sogo club had WAYYYYY to much mayonaise. And they had no can drinks. On the positive, the half fried chickend was good and so was the chicken wings. But, you shouldn't have to eat chicken wings and half fried chicken every day/night for 10 days while you're in quarantine. Just my opinion.

Location was very congested with a lot of noise. ??

EXECUTIVE ROOM.....No tea coffee making facilities in room if u want coffee u purchase from recption....only bottom ill-fitting sheet on bed walls very thin you.can hear whats happening next door usb plug not working.On the plus side free internet and 2 adult only channels
