Amazing staff, from the front desk to the house keeping team. Everyone was attentive, kind, would go out of there way to assist you. We stayed 2 weeks and i was greeted every tome i walking in or out.

It was a good stay as usual. Few hiccups in the room but they fixed it right away. Location is good; nearby mall and the airport, room was spacious. Kids loved it, and for that we will probably stay again.

Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

From check in to check out, staff are all welcoming and has displayed great hospitality. Lounge staff has always been nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, with premium facilities. We are looking forward to check in again in the near future.
The only comment that I can give is that guests are not allowed to access the breakfast buffet when they have booked for a lounge access option. For some other hotels/resort guests have the option to access breakfast buffet guests that have lounge access.
