Been 4 years since last stay at Microtel and was a little disappointed this time.
Place seemed to be looking tired and a need of refresh.
Room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds.
Shower pressure fluctuates with one minute good pressure and then a dribble.
The breakfast was nothing to get excited about either.
Staff were always friendly and helpful.
One redeeming feature is the location being close to numerous food outlets including McDonald's, Chow King and 5 min walk to SM mall.
Overall stay was pleasant but will probably not return.

The staff are friendly and nice but need more training. Breakfast is served at 6 a.m. but won't start at 6:10 or 6:15 a.m. Not enough time for us to meet our 6:30 a.m. van pick up time every morning.

overall, our stay was excellent. the only glitch was the problem with the keycard upon check in. the card wont turn the power on & it had to be replaced. the room was clean and spacious and i say had a lot of amenities to enjoy. my husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay.

Very secure hotel in secure grounds with security staff, good room safe as well. Room and bathroom fine. Breakfast reasonable. Aircon in room noisy. Good location. Restaurants just outside the hotel front entrance, also malls close. Good price. Will definitely stay here again.
