If you are a spoiled brat rich MF, please don't stay here because you'll just give the care taker a headache. Follow check in and checkout time which is 2pm check in and 12 pm checkout. If you can't follow that, again don't think of coming here at all. Anyways, I stayed here for 2 nights and I loved it. It was peaceful and homey. The caretakers were accommodating and friendly. You have to bring your own soap/shampoo etc. but in case you forget, there's a sari sari store nearby. There's free breakfast (2 slices of bread, jam or cheesewiz spread, a bowl of breakfast cereal and a cup of coffee) You can use the oven toaster as well and stove. And you have to wash the dishes once your done. If you think you can't do that and you want rice tapsilog for breakfast, please do not think of coming here, get it? Best thing about staying here is that It's near the highway so you can just simply get off the bus and walk going to OMP. It's close to famous restaurants like Bag of Beans by Charito, Starbucks, Max and Korean Grocery store etc. Overall, I was satisfied and will come back again during summer. I even discovered a book about 10 minute Zen. They have collection of books and magazines in the living room upstairs that you ca choose from. They also have wifi and you can watch TV with the caretaker downstairs if you like watching showtime. lol

We reserved two private rooms but we only got one. Most of our requests are denied and we had a heard time staying in the place. I did believe it was the intention of the staff give give everyone the best possible service, but we suggest that they should also have a plan to compensate for their oversight in booking since it seemed like our group took the blow for the mistake in managing bookings by having most of our requests denied.

It was a room only. No wifi water is scarce and water heater is unavailable. They just gave us a dip only heater which is dangerous and may cause electrocution. Even no tv. Breakfast is just 2 pc of bread,coffee and cereal. Not worth my money. Checked out a day earlier and requested for refund
