此次入住很有驚喜，酒店雖然有歷史感，但是保養得很不錯。無論是房間還是酒店內的設備，看得出有翻新保養。很整潔，服務人員面帶微笑，是休養身心的好地方。餐廳出品也不錯，唯一就是酒店地址位置處於很裡面的位置，不容易叫Grab。不過有機場穿梭巴士這點還是挺好的。

飯店私人小沙灘大約100公尺沿岸水深在150公分，可以看到蠻多小熱帶魚，給小孩子戲水很安全。但注意要穿涉水鞋，畢竟水底是礁岩，不穿鞋容易受傷。 除了三餐沒得選，只能在渡假村用餐外，唯一美中不足的就是木座床，稍微移動、翻身就會發出聲響，睡覺對聲音比較敏感的容易睡不好～ 床墊偏軟，看個人喜好了。

有隨叫隨到的遊園車很棒，泳池也很大，很放鬆，但針對游泳池開放時間園區內說法不一有點困擾，前台說24小時開放泳池，但21:30進入泳池，有其他工作人員說22點關閉，21:30就不讓我們下水，但22點後仍有其他遊客下水??

住起來很舒適，非常適合度假及整天在飯店裡活動，不用出去外面也可以，整個飯店有個很棒的規定是，不需要給小費！ 可惜房間的隔音不太好，晚間施工或私人活動包場非常吵。 地理位置的關係，外面計程車很難叫進飯店裡

酒店入住率高，但服务人员的数量不足以应付长期的高入住率，造成电话经常忙线或无人接听。 酒店房间描述与图示不符，所谓的lagoon view只能看到人造湖的一个角落，在入住第一晚就反应了这个问题后，酒店答应第二天给我们反馈意见，第二天却没有任何人联系我们。 早餐种类不多，味道令人不敢恭维。 总体来说，酒店舒适度还行，但酒店建的整体比较局促，客人多了服务却跟不上，体验非常一般，和这个价格应有的水准有差距。

因為飯店距離市區約40分鐘車程,所以多數用餐選擇在飯店內,所有工作人員都非常友善也很適合帶小朋友一起前往,住宿部分,客房空間算是比較大,同時有陽台可以看到外面人工湖.唯一缺點就是當地蚊子太多.

We had a great time staying there. Beautiful place!! My kid 4 years old loved this resort so much. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Cebu! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Many options for the food.

五星級的飯店沒有浴袍, 蓮蓬頭水小到不行, 廁所裡只有基本洗髮精沐浴乳,沒有擦頭毛巾沒有梳子,化妝棉,刮鬍刀,更不用說縫衣針線等. 房客的水準也不高, 關門很大聲, 沒有穿泳衣進泳池, 海邊借浮潛面罩第一次是不用錢的, 他們員工居然跟我們收費, 飯店裡的咖啡都是酸咖啡, 這飯店是五星級的收費, 但三星級的配備, 絕對不會再來第2次.

We loved it here! Staff were great, spa was awesome and the resort, beautiful. Best bakery! The only negative was our check in. No one was there during check in. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to arrive.
