Staying at Seda hotel was great. Nice room, Comfortable bed, stone throw away to the mall. As for food, enough choices for breakfast, breads, fruits, vegetables, local delicacies are being offered. Can’t complain for more. Will definitely stay again if return to Davao.

You have an awesome team. From the security, to bell desk, front office, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. One satisfied guest here. From Day 1 to our last Day of check out the hotel staff has treated us so well. Always greeting us with a smile. Our room always comes clean and with fresh towels. Gym and pool area are also very updated and clean. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with a wide selection of light to heavy meals. Waiters are ready to serve with replenishing your coffee and drinks. My favorite part is the hotel is conveniently located across a big mall! Literally just walk across. You can’t beat that! So, needless to say, this is a happy client. If there’s more than a 5 star they will get that rating from me.

We always stay at the Seda! This time, the thermostat was stuck at 15 Celsius. Extremely cold. Our other room we reserved was the opposite, the thermostat didn’t cool properly. Sounds like there’s some maintenance issues
