The hotel is clean and very comfortable to stay. The nes restaurant is very relaxing and romantic with the band. I love the band. Perfect for honeymooners.

Worth the money! Room is huge and clean. Accessible to malls and complete facilities. Hope we could stay here again. Staff were all nice and accommodating. My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple nights and we really enjoyed ourselves. I do wish I would have known that to eat at the roof top restaurant, required a reservation many days in advance. But other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.

the ambiance is great, the restaurant (The Nest) view and ambiance is great, as well as the hotel lobby.
Staff are very accommodating & helpful.
The room is spacious but the bathroom towels are not enough ( no face towels) only 2towels & one face towel.
The hot water is not working properly, the shower partition is not big enough (only half) resulting water from the shower are splashing all over.
& need to requested more towels to wipes water coming out from the shower. Need to clean up space to protect ourselves from slip & fall after using.😩
Our accommodation from their competitors hotel nearby that we availed the last time is much much better on them.
We travelled a lot & I am very particular in bathroom.
Just very disappointed 😩

What a great and unique 1 bedroom suite I got. I was very happy with my stay and so with the 2 children that enjoyed the swimming pool area for 1 night.
The hospitality of the hotel staff in Philippines is what excelled in the global community of hotel in industry.
I travel globally every year and in United States, in
Las Vegas and in other states should learned Filipino
hospitality in hotel service.
My hotel view was excellent the location is close to shopping center and international airport. Gym facilities is good. Bottle water is already available when in your suite.
Somewhat good in buffet breakfast choices.
Overall an excellent recommendation by a family member to stay in this hotel and it did not disappoint.

Great hotel in the heart of Alabang. There are great restaurants within the hotel - Shogun & The Nest.
The Nest is a fantastic restaurantwith stunning views of Laguna.

I had reserved a deluxe and I was given a twin beds room, so that was inconvenient. I requested a changed. The room was freezing when I checked in and the room never warm to I liked 28. The room initially 22. I checked out at 2:30 in the morning and stood in line for 5 minutes until the reception looked up after I rang the bell. He said I’m sorry I was having my lunch from the desk. I said I’m sorry to disturb and go ahead and finish your meal, was smelly fish odors.

I checked- in late and from a long tiring flight I was expecting for a 5 star hotel
To have the room ready
I entered the room just to find out no blanket. Just 1 peace of small fleece. I called reception and forward me to housekeeper. I ask why bed doesn’t have any blanket and I was told they run out 🙄but he will get 1 for me so I’ll wait.. seriously? When you are so tired felt
Like you don’t wanna deal with this crap.
I have ro ask remote control for tv and air conditioner it was not there .
I wonder if they do check the room before it became available 🤔
The smell of Mold when you enter the room .
I called the reception to ask for security due to the safety box not working .. she said I’ll send security
I waited and waited no one came and I end up going to the lobby and request in person . There finally..
It was bad experiences for me ..
