Nice, quiet and clean hotel with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the city. Water jugs are provided in each room and there are filtered water machines beside the lifts on each floor which is a helpful eco-friendly feature. I would flag that the inbuilt hair dryer unfortunately didn't work in my room. The customer service was a little bit lacking at times (i.e. one receptionist seemed annoyed at me for asking for a city brochure which is a pretty normal thing for a tourist to ask for). Hence why I didn't mention the hair dryer not working!

Location is great. Parking is not close so if you have a lot of luggage, getting it all to the room is not easy.
The showers are terrible in design. You have almost 2/3 high meter to step into a small plastic tub. Water shoots out everywhere on to the floor. Very slippery and dangerous.
Restaurant food was good. Staff was ok.

The hotel is one step above a dump. Where do I start? The AC doesn't work. The TV doesn't work. The hair dryer is broken. No power outlets in the bathroom. The rain shower head is broken, the hand-held shower head holder is broken, the shower drain cap is broken, there's a weird humming noise coming from the vent/speaker whatever the heck that thing is. The mattress is ridiculously uncomfortable, so I ended up with horrible back pain. The room cleaners came in without knocking, and after asking them to come back, they never did. The front desk staff are nice and helpful and the location is good, but sadly these are the only redeeming qualities. For the price, I could have stayed at a much better place.
