Leonardo Hotels are always good. Unfortunately my tv didn’t work and the hairdryer was broken. Still a very clean and comfortable stay.

Went the extra mile, and that you can’t say that often these days. The staff at reception early Saturday morning where amazing and definitely a good representation of the face of the business.

Rooms are large and well equipped- maybe a little dated but still comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient .The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The bar in the hotel was not very inviting and was the only facility we did not like. Located about 30 min walk from the old town but metro / buses nearby and Uber very cheap. Also bars cafes and restaurants in the nice neighborhood where the hotel is located. Made our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable

I was disappointed regarding the breakfast. I didn’t pay in advance and I asked the receptionist to add it during the check-in. The price at the hotel is almost 3x higher than online !!!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous ; never happened to me before.

It’s so strange place… the premises itself is ok, breakfast is fine. But: why and how it can be, that the A/C in the room is not adjustable????? It’s hot and the nice girl and the reception told me, that THE WHOLE FLOOR HAS THE SAME TEMPERATURE!! And that the technician is not available at the evening/night and she also offered me to go down and get the several keys from other rooms and check by myself, if they are better and, if yes, they would change it for me. Is it a service of 4*, I wonder???? Are you serious??

It would be a good hotel, but renovation work is currently in progress and knocking noises come from upstairs from 7am and I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t switch off the bedside light because of some electrical wiring fault.

Did not reply to my emails in advance of arriving.
Limited breakfast selection.
At lot of noise at night and early morning.
Basic furnishings in a suite - looked more like a university hall of residence.
Unsafe bathroom - had a fall and hurt myself as the mat was not big enough and did not grip the floor.
On the plus side, pretty clean and staff helpful.
Would not stay again for the above reasons.

Room was new but there was no hot water several times when i reported it to reception they just said we are under repairs /reno which it does not say on there website not very helpful this was our fourth visit to this hotel and we properly wont return
