Overall very fine, however the sink was broken when I arrived, it didn't take long to get it fixed. But still, they should have checked that before the new guest arrives. The room stank for a while after they dug up all the disgusting stuff in the drain. Most of the employees at the reception were very nice, but a few female receptionists seem like they have chosen the wrong job, seems like they have a bit of an attitude problem.

Stayed at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Warsaw for 4 nights. Overall, it was decent — about what you'd expect from a premium hotel, but nothing outstanding. The room was average-sized with all standard amenities, and the gym was very well equipped.
Some negatives: toiletries weren’t replenished during my stay, the swimming pool was very small, and there was no full-length mirror in the room or bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t fully cover the frame, causing a bit of water to leak out after showers (but nothing major). Also, the €6 room service delivery fee felt excessive for this level of hotel.
Good stay overall, but a few small details took away from the experience.

Breakfast sì ok. Just average but quite pricey. For 130 zl you can definitely have a way better breakfast around the corner. The hotel is located in the center of Warsaw, so you’ll find multiple options.

Lovely Christmassy hotel. Lovely rooms but the air con was rubbish. Room was extremely hot and air con only went down to 22.5 degrees. Spoke to reception who said they will send an engineer whilst out but still not fixed. Had to sleep with window open which was noisy. Breakfast was nice but price was extremely steep at £66 for an adult and 2 children. Only had once due to the price
