We found a live cockroach crawling in our baby's bed.
The staff's reaction was even more shocking. When we reported it, the receptionist's exact response was "it's just a small insect," with no apology whatsoever. For a 4-star hotel, this disgusting lack of hygiene and unbelievably rude customer service is a disgrace. Do not stay here

First time in Radisson Warsaw and our experience was amazing. From cheking in to our complet stay everything exceeded our expectations. The food was plenty of choice for breakfast and very nice choice of food in the executive lounge. The sweeming pool was great with jacuzzi and sauna.

Overall the hotel is fine. I stayed there for 4 nights with breakfast not included. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the spa.
However, some improvements could be made:
- There’s no information about the hotel in the room. Maybe it was broadcast on TV but I never turned it on. I would appreciate if there was a leaflet or something for telling me what’s included in the spa and what can I use in the hotel. This information was provided by the staff when asked.
- I had a room with a bathtub since I lack physical mobility and taking shower in the bathtub is more convenient. However, the amenities (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner) were so high up that I still had to stand just to be able to take soap. That doesn’t bring any value to the bathtub as it’s not really safe if you have any kind of mobility issues.
- No complimentary tea zone in public areas is a bit weird since I know that cheaper 4-star hotels have it. Room tea was a bad quality as it colored the cup right away.

Pettymyksenä olivat sähköauton latauspisteet, joita hotelli mainosti, mutta niistä 2 Teslan laturia olivat epäkunnossa ja toiset kaksi niin hitaita, etteivät autot vaihtuneet. Olimme tehneet hotellivalinnan osittain latausmahdollisuuden perusteella.

Pidimme huoneesta, mutta koska meit oli kaksi, olisimme toivoneet molemmille hygieniatuotteet ja vesipullon. Niitä oli vain yhdelle. Uima-allas oli pieni ja ruuhkainen, lapset tarvitsisivat oman ammeen. Kirjautuessaan hotelliin, olisimme toivoneet parempaa infoa hotellin palveluista. Aamupala oli hyvä, mutta 5 tähden hotellissa olisi kahvin ja teen pöytiin tarjoilu suotavaa. Sijainti vähän kaukana nähtävyyskohteista. Huone hieman pölyinen.
