Beautifully renovated factory building with swimming pool perched on top. In the heart of an area that's received huge investment and energy in recent years with restaurants, bars, cinema and shops. Friendly, helpful staff.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was super spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The hotel staff was so sweet and always helpful with everything, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was great as well, with a good variety of options to start the day. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

My tour guide recommended this hotel to me, and boy was she right. It was perfect!

Amazing!

The only disappointment was breakfast

Other than the fact that there is no cafe on the property, and that the hotel itself was a massive factory (which means, among other things, a certain sterility now), this is a fine choice for visitors to Lodz. It's perhaps too fancy for a place like Lodz, but at least all pieces are where they belong (other than the cafe -- you need to go to the adjacent mall)

It is great hotel, I really like to stay there because it has nice rooms, swimming pool, sauna, gym and tasty breakfast. The only minus was bad smell on the stairs connecting changing rooms with swimming pool, it seems taht there is some issue with sewage system.

Wonderful hotel for relaxing stay, the rooftop pool really took my breath away. Lively place for people watching. The entrance to the hotel was quite hard to find. The only down side was the front desk agents, quite unfriendly, didnt tell me wifi password, didnt write it on the card. I asked for robe and surprise surprise after one hour still nothing. I just felt quite unwelcomed. Plus - the elevators - it took ages for them to arrive.

Clean, convenient and safe

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed. So professional and food was great. Only one thing, the shower door has a space, so very careful. I got a wonderful shower, but the bathroom floor was flooded.

It is architecturally a fine hotel. Service was pathetic. I was given a (fine) room near their nightclub. Deafening noise until past 1am. Hotel staff lied, gave misleading information and at 12:50 am (!) sent a hapless employee offering another room. They try but really haven’t a clue what a five star hotel is meant to be.

Still a nice place but they have to pay extra attention to clean carefully the rooms, especially the spots behind the beds!!

The hotel was amazing, the old factory turned into luxury hotel suites, a great location in manofcture, Lodz is beautiful!

Not what I expected.

Things went wrong here from the outset. Check-in should take a couple of minutes; it took at least 45 minutes. First they couldn't find the reservation, though I had a reservation number and confirmation from Expedia. That took 20 minutes and the manager had to be brought in. Then they checked me into a room and when I went up to it, the room was occupied. This is a big hotel and hauling the luggage down long corridors was all left to me, even after this mistake on the part of the management. No one from the hotel offered to help with the luggage. To compensate for these mishaps, they gave me a much bigger room--except that it overlooked a place where there was construction, and I was woken up at 7 am by the rumbling sound of construction machinery. Then the room wasn't cleaned, though I had explicitly asked if room were cleaned every night and I was told, "absolutely, yes." Of course I complained and the next day the manager sat down with me and assured me that they would give me a complimentary stay the next time I should come!! Some consolation--or rather none, since the manager had said he would take down my email, etc., and of course they didn't bother to do so when I checked out. A very disappointing hotel, to say the least.
