La réservation par expédia reste excellente depuis des années. J’avais toutefois envoyé ma demande directement à l’hôtel avant l’idée expédia. Prix beaucoup plus elevé, après leur avoir dit que suite à leurs retard j’avais déjà réservé. Ils sont devenus froids avec moi et au lieu de me répondre en portugais à mes message qui étaient en portugais, ils m’ont répondu en anglais. Bref, service client qui laisse à désirer, personnel sur place excellent, expédia excellent ! Dommage que le sauna n’était pas ouvert à dispo la nuit en arrivant pour un moment de détente.

Grundsätzlich Super!
Nur wurde mir nicht das Zimmer gegeben welches ich bezahlt habe ( Zwei Einzelbett Zimmer)
Sondern nur ein Einzelbett Zimmer.
Auf nachfrage und daraufhinweisen dass ich dies bewusst so gebucht habe und dementsprechend mehr bezahlt habe. Wurde ich daraufhingewiesen dass ich nur eine Person bin und es keine andere Optionen gibt.
