Breakfast was amazing - delicious food and huge variety. Better than buffet breakfasts at restaurants. Spa pool was wonderful. Staff friendly , helpful. Room service was prompt and food delicious with general helpings. only a 3 minute walk from arrivals. Value for money!!

A 5 minute walk from the terminal, the hotel is well located. Reception staff were brilliant - super quick check in and very helpful. Rooms were spotless and very comfy. 10/10.

Very convenient--short 5-minute walk from the airport in Lisbon. Good breakfast buffet. We didn't particularly like all of the glass doors/walls in the bathroom. That is an architectural design feature that can't die soon enough. There is also no proper door separating the bathroom from the rest of the hotel room, so there is nothing blocking out the light or noise from the bathroom if you have two people in the room and one of you is up much earlier or later than the other.

I was skeptical about the quality and service being near the airport, but I was not disappointed. The front desk service and greeting were great. Being on the airport campus and having free shuttle service was a huge plus. The room had evident water damage from inadequate shower drainage that needed to be addressed; however, overall, the property was well-maintained and appointed.

When we checked in We were told booked for lunch by tables of NON HOTEL GUEST. Directed to bar to eat a frozen pizza that was HORRIBLE. Did not eat. Then bar tender told me he had several complaints before about the pizza. Yet still selling and not telling hotel guest!!

Close to airport. Comfortable rooms. Has shower and toilet closet open to room, so if privacy is an issue there is a drape you can pull across to separate room. Has a spa but need to book day or so before. I am not sure, but thought it had an outdoor pool which I could not find. The pool in basement area was a pay for swim.

The front desk staff is excellent--Simran was exceptional in her support of our needs. The rooms are a little tight but comfortable and there are enough amenities. The breakfast had many choices and fresh food. However, the dinner was not tasty --I actually preferred the bar menu. The spa is excellent. I used the facilities and had a massage while waiting for my flight. Great preparation for sitting for hours.

Very good breakfast and nice staff. Desk is 24/7 which really helped considering the fact that my flight arrived at 12am. Very close to walk from and to terminal 1. I walked and took the airport shuttle to the airport.
