The property is showing its age a bit. This was our third or 4th stay and this one was not the best. The room needs some attention, especially the old beat up mattress.
A coffee maker in the room would be great as well!
The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Good service and good food.

No coffee in the room
Asked for early check in the response was you want a private car waiting for you at the airport.
Plenty of hotels in the area. I don’t recommend this one.

Have stays here for the last 15 years. Could use o. Update on the showers from tubs to shower stalls would be a lot nicer. Always a friendly. Staff easy parking under hotel and close to everything in Lisbon. Over all very good and clean

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay but the last few days the cleaning ladies did not come to clean my room/bedsheets, I had to call and she was very rude and standoffish. it is a shame because all the other staff were very helpful and kind, especially the bartenders.

It was okay overall. My room as on floor 1, next to the train tracks, which was noisy. You should warn peopoe about this or charge less. It feels a bit dishonest to do this to people. Also, a kettle and tea/coffee should be a standard in a room. None of it was provided. Or bathrobe either. These are basics of a good hotel. I was surprised about this. And the TV remote is old and doesnt turn the TV off.

The shower plumbing was a balance between scalding and freezing requiring constant vigilance to avoid serious burns. The daily cleaning service was also inconsistent - sometimes a bath mat, sometimes not, sometimes cleaning the bathroom countertop, sometime not, allowing a leaking and dripping faucet to soak all of my toiletries. That all said, if you are ok with some imperfections it is a nice hotel with a good bar and pleasant staff in a very convenient location, close to the waterfront, metro and convention center.

Room was clean but air conditioning didn’t work so that after spending an uncomfortable night in a hot room the hotel moved us to a different room which also had a defective AC so in all our room was changed twice. Front desk was very hesitant to allow us to enter a complaint in the complaint book but said they would refund one night room charge

We were put in teo rooms which was just right outside the train tracks, it was very noisy rooms don’t sleep at all. The staff wasn’t informed us befor we enter the rooms
