Beautiful location and hotel. The area is safe to walk and there are many restaurants in the area. The hotel restaurants are expensive but DoorDash will deliver here so you can eat cheaper. The pool, views and atmosphere are amazing! The hotel also smells very good! The scent greets you as well as complimentary champagne when you check in.

Loved the ambiance. Service was fabulous. Both afternoon cleaners and evening turn down service. Location is perfect. The restaurants were excellent-no food disappointed. Puerto Rico is a culinary capital. Adult beverages are fabulous. And thanks for the in room free treats and morning coffee in the lobby.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Service and Incorrect Charges
I stayed at Condado Vanderbilt from June 25–30 with my daughter. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room, remove trash, or replace towels for 3 days, even after multiple requests and a complaint to the manager. Staff said they were short-staffed, yet the hotel kept checking in new guests.
At checkout, I was wrongly charged $360 for alcohol I never ordered. I don’t drink, and never visited the bar. After disputing it, I was refunded, but the experience was stressful and unacceptable.
Not the luxury experience we expected. Would not return.

The property itself was in a nice location. Was able to walk around but the room itself was questionable. Mattress was full of stains and room service never went inside my room. Facility was clean but that’s all.

This is my 3rd stay here. Other than the $200 nightly incidental fee (you can either get it back at then end of your trip, or use it on spa, room service , drinks or any either of their ON SITE restaurants) and night hotel tariff fee it is truly a luxury experience. You won’t get that, “out of the country resort feel ANYWHERE ELSE” Our bar was completely stocked daily with complimentary snacks and beverages.
