The staff here are amazing! The towel guy made us laugh and took good care of us. Bar tender was awesome and we had three great meals - breakfast and the morning staff was also excellent. I’ll be staying here again for sure!

The property was stunning! The staff were helpful and kept the grounds and rooms clean. The pools were nice and we loved the many amenities available. The food at the in house restaurants was reasonably priced and delicious. We made many happy memories here as a family! I recommend this resort for families with children.

I noticed the sand at other beaches were nicer. Not a bad hotel but the beaches are better by Christianson breakfast area.
The breakfast didn’t good. There were gnats flying around the fruit and food.

Excellent location and property!
We loved the 24-hour pool—such a treat to enjoy it overnight. The price was amazing for everything you get. The beach is beautiful and just steps away from the property. Rooms were clean, and the lobby is gorgeous (they’re currently renovating, so it’ll only get better).
The amenities really make this place: a great gym, a swim-up pool bar, a very clean beach, and even a casino! I can’t wait to visit again. I’d definitely come back—especially for the value.

We recently stayed four nights at this property for a wedding venue. The property is from the 1990s and has not been renovated. The hotel is across the highway from San Juan Airport and we are on the 10th floor in a room closest to the airport. If you stay in this hotel, do not get a low number room such as 00, 01, etc. on any floor. These are the rooms closest to the airport. We got no sleep for four nights due to the extensive takeoffs that are initiated right there across from the hotel. It literally felt like the room was shaking when the takeoff occurred. Also, the room was damp, musty with mold. Condensation fromthe air conditioner from condensation was dripping onto the carpet. Their solution was not to move us to another room, but just bring blowers in there to dry out the carpet. The room was small and definitely in need of renovation. There is only one hotel restaurant to eat from and nothing in the local vicinity so unless you drive or get a lift 20 to 30 minutes away, there is nothing else to eat. Downstairs, there is a 20 to 3 minute wait every morning to get coffee that cost seven dollars. A complementary coffee bar downstairs needs to be initiated since you’re paying a premium price for a courtyard hotel. By the way, make sure you take the complementary bug spray they offer because at dusk the mosquitoes and gnats are horrible. The pros of the place is a beautiful beach and nice pool area. Would recommend you find another hotel.

This is our second stay here, so we knew exactly what it was like, and wanted to come back. It is excellent for the pool with small kids (we have a 4 year old) and the beach area. Also, there is a pool with a bar which looks like a lot of fun, but we didn't use. The beach is gorgeous and very close--although it's a public beach with no lifeguard, so know that. The sand was delightful, and the water was so beautiful and warm! The rooms and common areas are simple and stylish and clean. There were renovations underway, but it didn't hamper our experience at all. The main pool area was our daughter's favorite, and she was able to use her floatie and just float around and play. Perfection! The only down side is that the hotel itself not that close to anything else, so there are limited dining options. However, the hotel's dining options are good, just limited and a bit pricey. There is a supermarket about a 20 minute walk away so we didn't have to eat out every single meal. The surrounding area is just okay. You need to get a car to go to some of the more fun parts of San Juan or Condado or the nearby areas. Staff was mixed--some very attentive, some aggressively attentive, some could seem like they care less. That's fine. But we had everything we needed taken care of. In general, it's a wonderful hotel with comfortable accommodations and beautiful, relaxing pool/beach area.
