First time at this hotel and it has been great - will definitely return. Great pool and beach access. Staff very helpful. Restaurants in the hotel. All you need to relax is here.

The beach was beautiful and the restaurants at the hotel pretty nice, it is conveniently close to the airport, but that means planes flying over all day and all night. Got used to the noise after a while, but not a quiet place

Amenities were great! Staff was super polite and helpful. Housekeeping was great! Ability to walk right onto the beach was phenomenal! The only slight downfall was the dinig options. Dining option were limited and on the expensive side compared to other restaurants. This is easily avoided, became their are other restaurants within walking distance. Everything else was great! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

There’s construction going on and gave us a room with a lot of early morning noise from drilling and hammering. The staff graciously gave us another room after the first night.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
Our experience at this hotel in San Juan was extremely disappointing. The service was terrible — we were given dirty coffee mugs in the morning, lemon served on napkins with no plates, and waited way too long for food every time.
The room was the worst part. The AC unit was inside and very noisy, the balcony was dirty, and there was loud construction directly above us starting at 6:30–7:00 AM every day. We barely got any rest. Room service was always late — we’d leave around 9:00 AM and return at 4:00–6:00 PM, and our room still hadn’t been cleaned.
The resort is very overrated and doesn’t match the price or the experience it promises. Even at their restaurants (which we paid extra for), the service was just as bad. While the beach was beautiful, they start clearing the cabanas at 6 PM, leaving you nowhere to sit and relax in the evening.
Overall, this hotel ruined our trip to Puerto Rico. Would not recommend.
