We were charged $500 for using the blow dryer. They claimed it was from smoke, but we only used the blow dryer. Terrible customer service. Will dispute with my credit card. Nice place but bad customer service. Disappointed

We liked proximity to the airport and the beach. The breakfast was terrible, the drinks were bad. The room was dirty you had to request for them to clean it and for towels. The resort fees were not disclosed.
