Hotel designed for the tropics, open lobby and facilities easy to walk, great vistas of beach or pool. Away from San Juan, so more relaxed.

We have been staying here for the last 10 years. Our favorite rooms are in the Towers. However, this is
the first time we stood at a suite. It was a corner suite with two balconies and amazing views. From the large balcony we can see the beautiful mountains and on the other side the ocean. The smaller balcony had views of the ocean and the hotel grounds. It was awesome!

Staff was friendly & prompt in responding to any requests. Rooms were clean, spacious and overall comfortable. Balcony view was amazing. Only issue is with the hotel being outside (i.e. lobby, restaurant, walkways to the rooms, etc) mosquitoes & bugs are out and about. Plus side, front desk offers complimentary Off spray to help keep mosquitoes away from you.

Room i had was nice with a beautiful balcony view
I really liked the pool but the chango (bird) fly around and may poop 🙄 also if you don’t notice they also poop in the pool and if your child play around it they may become sick but thats something not avoidable

No hot shower water in room and water pressure was less than adequate. The Casino was not open during our four day stay. Pools, outside patios, food, and big screen TV exceeded expectations.

Pool is open from 6am-10pm. The vibes at the pool are very calm! The sports bar at the pool area is also open late and the food and drinks are excellent! The morning Buffett is A !!! There’s a gas station right outside the resort that also has great food!

We will be back! Wonderful hotel, no complaints at all. Even with such a big size it's the best service we've had on the island. Our room is better than expected. The buffet was just standard but the price was reflective of this. Want better food? Don't eat at a buffet.
