The room was too cold

Perfect for a night's stay in the middle of travel. It was easily accessible from the airport terminal. Clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet.

This hotel is great. So convenient to the airport. Would definitely come back

The convenience of the hotel to the Airport and also the cleanliness was a plus .

It was easy to get to from inside the airport. It was basic but clean and comfortable. The staff was great. We left luggage there to go shopping at a mall before a flight no charge . We will stay there again.

Convenient to airport

Friendly, attentive and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t be beat for early flights. Walk straight into the airport terminal!

The difficulty of dropping off bags and signage at the airport to drop off family at the hotel was hard. Overall, there is nowhere to allow for the transport of our bags into the hotel, as the drop off is a significant distance from the hotel, and no baggage carts were readily available. The bellhop did come through with no baggage cart and no honest communication that they were with the hotel. Check-in was OK. The morning of our flight, we came by a little earlier than 5 am just to see if we could grab a bagel or fruit for our flight or something, and people were going into the breakfast area. I walked up and inquired and the staff member said I did not have to wait in the line that was there, and I could go in which was nice, but then a lady from the serving line yelled at us that we had to wait for 5am (though others were getting food, aparently with a group as we were informed). She was hostile and did not give a good impression on the hotel overall. I understand we were early, but why let us in if we should not have gotten in. Overall, your staff needs to be on the same side of what ever the rules are. We left the hotel without breakfast.

I stayed here for a very early morning flight. The room was very clean, but for the price, its very small, with very limited amenities (no refrigerator, limited tv). The service was excellent, and breakfast open at 5am which was super convenient. I would stay here again in a similar flight situation.

This is my second stay at the San Juan Airport Hotel. The convenience of walking to my airline terminal is wonderful. I have to compliment Kevin & (Jorge) Robles. Kevin went out of his way to make our experience great at the hotel restaurant & J. Robles went above and beyond for us while we relaxed on the rooftop patio. It is these personable interactions that make us always want to return and recommend your hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
