Very convenient for early morning flights. Has some neat quirks like the Optimus Prime sculpture in the gym entrance. And the gym is INCREDIBLE - huge and with great machines and free weights. Restaurant is small but food was good and wait staff were very responsive and kind. Overall, a pretty neat experience for an airport hotel.

I stayed here because I was arriving in San Juan at 9pm and it was the most convenient place to stay and pick up my rental car the next morning. The restaurant was open til 11m, so we got some good American food there before going to a nice clean room with a comfortable bed and good hot shower. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was excellent! Eggs, potatoes, pancakes sausage, bacon, bagels, toast muffins, cereal, coffee and a variety of juices and sodas. I would stay again just for the breakfast.

It was a easy convenient booking the stays was good overall
I liked hotel overall
The room
Was clean and they had washers and dryers free to I liked the fact I got to clean my clothes
I would criticize the fact that their breakfast was the same every day food tasted great but it was repetitive.
I did have a bad experience with the restaurant at the hotel. My waiter was the worst took our order never checked in on us again didn’t even bring out food to us. Never got refills and kept walking past us and not even making eye contact.

The room was very cold for my mother & temp was not easy to change. Bathroom small & shower sprayed water outside of curtains, could not fix. TV reception was very grainy, for the price, it should be beautiful!
Breakfast was good & restaurant was great!!
Overall, the room was clean & comfortable, except for the cold, for an overnight stay & convenience for flights.

This a good hotel if you land late at SJU Airport. Rooms are very small and you hear your neighbors when they flush the toilet. Also is a gap around the door and light shows it is weird. Now the staff is wonderful and very friendly.

It is convenient to flyers and those not familiar to San Juan. The included breakfast was excellent and the gym facility looked excellent although I did not have a chance to use it. I also like the fact that there was a 24 hr restaurant nearby if needed. The staff were both professional and competent. I will stay there the next time I’m in San Juan!

This is a very good hotel if you have to overnight. It's at the end of a vacant terminal, so not much to look at. But the room is quiet and very clean. Nice bathroom.
