The hotel was exactly what we needed. The only thing to know is you have to exit the gate area meaning you have to do security again when you’re ready to fly out.

The hotel staff was helpful but the room was very small, we felt crowded. Not what I was expected for the money we paid for one night. The bathroom had safety support bars on the wrong side of it which made it difficult to access the toilet paper. The shower faucet wasn’t working properly - very hard to open and close. The room did have a safe, microwave oven and mini fridge inside the closet. The food st the restaurant on the 2nd floor was pricey but really tasty and the staff there was also really friendly and helpful,

The staff outside didn't let me park my car in front of the hotel to get my luggage out my room. They were mean. I had to argue and told them it was for 5 minutes. But they refuse and told me to get out .

The rooms are tiny and the bathroom room is super tight with no space to place toiletries. There was a commercial toilet, also limiting the amount of space to sit anything down. It works for somewhere to lay your head if you have a long layover in SJU.
