Our stay at the hotel was amazing! The interior was one of the best I’ve ever seen and the hotel staff was incredible specially Ouijdane at the Reception and Anthony at the Concierge! Thank you so much for everything!

It’s good But the hot water in the bathroom is not hot enough

One of the best hotels I have stayed at so far, I genuinely cannot fault it. The room was amazing 10/10. Only thing I can think of to critique is having more options at the restaurant for breakfast. As I included the breakfast only option.

All the staff were super friendly and hospitable. Checked in and out with no issues. Fantastic room service…Especially by Neem. Rooms were cleaned immaculately on a regular basis. Hotel is in a great location.

The architecture beautifully designed

This hotel was amazing and fun. The standard room was so luxurious great for a romantic getaway or in general. Lots of things to do and places to eat. Excellent staff.I want to go back

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, any amenities I might have needed, clean, serviced dail. 2 Minutes walk from lovely shopping mall.

A beautiful stay at the Mondrian, hotel was wonderful, clean and in a great location. Staff were very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. Would love to book again!

The first thing to say about the Mondrian is that it is an absolutely beautiful property. The lobby and pool area is so stunning I even took photographs. The room size was very large with a very well equipped bathroom. Large walk in shower and a bathtub that could probably accommodate 6 people! I found the mattress quite hard for my liking, but it was acceptable. I also found the dining options quite limited. At breakfast only a buffet is available. I would have preferred a smaller al-a-carte option. For dinner there is a Michelin Starred High End Restaurant and an American Bar (Hudson) serving Burgers and suchlike, but nothing in between. The solution for this was room service, which was extremely extensive. I would have preferred to see a restaurant where this menu could be ordered. I was refused entry to Hudson without my passport, which I had to go back to the room and get. This seemed an odd request given I was resident. This may be a new local rule, but I have not experienced this in other Doha Hotels. The 20% VIP discount was not applied to my bill automatically, I had to request it. I did not receive a room upgrade and I don't believe the Hotel was especially busy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Mondrian again but if the management are reading this, I feel the dining options require consideration and the Reception staff need better training on observing the Expedia VIP benefits offered when booking.

**BEWARE BEFORE BOOKING**WORTH READING**MIGHT SAVE YOU SOME FRUSTRATIONS I rarely write reviews but my experience with this hotel left me no choice. **This review is long but hopefully it will spare another family the same frustrations that we encountered with this place.**While this hotel is listed as 5 stars, there are several factors in my opinion that make it a 3-4 star @ the most despite its elegance & great location. #1- This is not a family hotel. The hotel has no outdoor space at all except for an outdoor patio located on floor P2 that’s also the location of one of their ONLY 2 restaurants where you can eat dinner even if you choose and pay for their 1/2 board option. There’s no courtyard, the pool is inside and it doesn’t even have a hot tub/jacuzzi. #2- The main dining room is only open for breakfast & lunch. For some reason, they close it for dinner which I’ve never seen before. Even then, one day during our stay there was a “private event” being held there during lunch and some of the staff told us we couldn’t come in for lunch. A 3rd staff member had to be called and told them they could let us in. So if you pay for 1/2 board, you’re left with only 2 places to eat dinner, the Walima restaurant & the Hudson. ***But here’s what makes this even worse.***They also often have “private events” during lunch & dinner times @ those only 2 available restaurants, and when they do, guests are not allowed to eat in them during those “private events”. #3-Extra charge for

The most unique thing during my stay is how the house keepers especially (Oka) tidies and put my stuffs perfectly arranged and in other… I have never had such experience…well done and thank you.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. I felt spoilt because they would always make sure to open the door for me when an uber came which I did not expect at all. The room we stayed in was spacious and lovely, the hotel did a lovely gesture for us for our honeymoon which we didn’t even have to pay for!

Checking in , was slow! We had arrived from a very long drive from Saudi , the hotel new this as we discussed whether a car was needed for the airport. We waited for 30 mins plus receptionist was not in the mood to be there and did not give us a war welcome. Got to the room , it was average. The doors needed a good clean!! We ordered room service , the served one plate and one cutlery set , when there are two people eating. We called room service to request this , did not receive the items ! This was the start of the worse possible hotel stay. Turn down service was not provided we had asked for it two days in a row, still did not receit for the duration of the stay. We were made to feel not welcome. We had breakfast one time we were not greeted we had to ask for everything, when we got to the breakfast room the staff did not greet us at all. We just had to do ot all our selves. Hospitality was NONE existant at this hotel. It gets worse , we had drinks at the roof top bar and once again, we were not looked after. There was only one other table seated , but there were at least 6 staff member. Who when we asked to add the bill to the room, as we had to leave for a dinner reservation. The waiter accused us of not paying, we explained we are guests here and still staying for 3 days. He was chasing us down the corrainder for payment, when he has all the room details and acredit card on file. I was so shocked by his behaviour. It was my first Eid without my family ,ruined.
