The hotel is perfect! It is perfectly clean, the beds are large and comfortable, the rooms are equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the breakfast, you can't even browse what they've got . There is everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. All in all, from 1-10 it's 10!

Hotel is just OK. Definitely not 4 stars and needs renovation.
Breakfast even if there were some choices we didn’t eat them as they did not look good.
They need to focus more on fresh food rather then 10 different types of salads and noodles.

4th time staying in this hotel, 4th visit to Brno, not too far from city centre, not too close. Bar closes a little earlier with each visit it seems, maybe keep it open until atleast 23:30 hrs each night, the hotel is big and I feel the bar should be open for guests to use until this time nightly. Checked in on 29th August at around 10:30am (check in time not until 2pm normally) however the lady on reception was more than happy to check our room was ready and check us in early by 4.5 hours, which was very helpful. This lady we saw few times on reception and no matter what time day it was she always had a friendly genuine smile on her.
