I absolutely loved the hotel! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Even, they remembered my kid with her necessities. The morning buffet was outstanding. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily stay here again.

I’m staying in room 501. I noticed that the carpet looks quite old and yellowish. I understand it has been cleaned, but it still appears dirty and unpleasant.

門前50米就是22號電車站，去景點坐車方便，酒店規模大，容易找到，但不是巿中心，去哪都要坐車才能到，入夜獨行女生可能不太方便但酒店大堂有atm機，樓下有atm機，又有自助車票機，比較方便。房屋清潔，但前台人員態度一般。。。。門前50米就是22號電車站，去景點坐車方便，酒店規模大，容易找到，但不是巿中心，去哪都要坐車才能到，入夜獨行女生可能不太方便但酒店大堂有atm機，樓下有atm機，又有自助車票機，比較方便。房屋清潔，但前台人員態度一般

This was my second stay in a month at this hotel and I was excited to return. On my previous trip I accidentally left a small bag of medication and contact lenses at the hotel. They offered to send it but I said as I’d be back in a month could they keep it.
When I arrived this time I told them and the nice guy on the reception went to get my bag.
Had it been lost or misplaced that would have been one thing, sadly that was not the case.
The nice green bag itself had been stolen (presumably by staff) and all the contents dumped in a paper bag.
On closer inspection even some of my pills were now missing.
The guy on the desk was embarrassed but it was pretty obvious someone on staff liked the look of the bag (and certain medications) and decided to steal them and leave what they didn’t want essentially in a paper trash bag.
Sad really as it’s a nice hotel and although more expensive than where my colleagues were staying I still chose to go back there.
I won’t be returning again as I don’t necessarily feel my belongings would be safe.

mooie grote comfortabele kamers in de gerenoveerde vleugel , goed restaurant en leuke bar , enkg minpunt is da drukte aan het ontbijt met slechts 1 koffie machine voor een massa volk

Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage, Tram direkt vor der Tür man ist in 10 in der Altstadt. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und mit allem ausgerichtet.Frühstück ist sehr lecker, es gibt sogar Sekt. Klasse Lobby mit edler Bar. Wellnissbereich mit Pool klasse

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse, det enda vi anmärker på är extra sängen som dottern sov i. Den var inte i bra skick, hon sov väldigt dåligt. Annars var service, dubbelsängen, frukost (frukosten var tipp topp, så uppskattat med hälsosamma delen), pool, parkering toppen och vi kommer gärna tillbaka☺️

Pool etwas kleiner als gedacht, aber dennoch angehnem. Beim Fitnessbereich schaut man auf den Pool hinunter also gut falls einer Sport macen will und der andere schwimmen gehen will.
