Encountered a number of issues during our stay. - no AC in 26 degree heat - had to figure this out ourselves and were told to just turn it off to prevent hot air heating the room further. (after reading other reviews it appears this has been the case since 2021 despite AC being a feature mentioned on Expedia) - minibar fridge not working - hotel room window faced noisy machinery that hummed loudly 24/7 - the water park specified on the website was not open (really annoying as this was not mentioned anywhere on the website and we picked the hotel based on this) - food at the restaurant was awful - avoid! -some staff were rude and unfriendly, specifically the person manning the spa desk. - country club mentioned on website was closed - no pool table (despite being shown on pictures for the hotel) - no apologies or amendments when bringing up these issues at the main desk. - have emailed the hotel as I left my jacket there and wanted to pay for a courier to return it - have been completely ignored! Overall a very disappointing stay. Many of the amenities mentioned are not available. Would not recommend.

Very convenient for airport. Good shuttle service. Excellent food, accommodation and service.

The dinner staff was SLOW! Dessert took about 1/2 hour. People want to get to bed.

An excellent airport hotel that I have stayed at many times before. The rooms are being updated and now include tea/coffee making facilities, which I appreciated!

It is an ideal accommodation for going to the airport. Close, has a shuttle and it is very affordable. They also have a great restaurant. Personnel has been always great. And I am using them for the last nearly 15 years.

Great value for a fine hotel near the airport. Highly recommend to anyone flying early AM out of Bucharest...

Hotel was lovely beds comfy staff very helpful, good choice at breakfast and dinner time, need uber or taxi to go anywhere (shopping mall) etc would stay again as inly 10mins from therme spa hotel has shuttle bus to airport which takes 15mins when traffic not busy

The perfect property for anyone traveling in and out of Bucharest via air. The airport is 10 minutes away; the shuttle runs every hour; and the rooms are excellent. Did I mention the rates are very good?

I booked this hotel for a short, one night stay between flights, as the airport Hilton was full. I had relatively low expectations but I ended up being very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It was also very good value, and significantly cheaper than the Hilton. I’ve ready rebooked for next week.

Beautiful place, excellent gym and amenities. There were some issues with WiFi on my stay, but my main complaint is how rude the parking attendant was. It was pretty shocking and unnecessary.

It was a real Good Experience staying at RIN Airport Hotel, everything was Good, close Proximity to the airport, excellent Food, very convenient Location, Looking forward to stay there again during my next trip to Bucharest
