RIN Airport

Two hours after I got in the room, set up the AC, I noticed the temperature was getting hotter. It got up to 79 Fahrenheit. I called the front desk just to find out the AC wasn’t turned on, I guess the thermostat on the wall is just for design. I was told I need to wait around half an hour. In the meantime, I’m on the hallway in my pajamas to cool down and I decide to get a cold drink from the fridge. It was running but everything inside it was hot. I checked in at 7. I was gonna check out at 2 or 3 PM. I needed rest to continue my travel. I had no time to wait almost 3 hours to get the room at a decent temperature to rest nor did I have time to change rooms. It really messed up my rest. I will never go back. I also had issues with the reservation because although I let the property know, just like last time, that I will be checking in early and check out the same day when I got there, I was told I need to be charged 30% more. Last year nobody charged me and when I called to talk about this year’s reservation, nobody told me I will be charged more. I called them before making the reservation. I was told this fine and then I even sent them a message on Expedia to make sure they know I will be checking in early. I definitely do not recommend it.

It was close to the airport and the shower was fantastic, The pool and sauna area should be included in the cost of the room.

I really enjoyed our stay. I didnt like the spa area because it was too expensive on top of everything else , The breakfast was good but a bit pricy as well. The airport shuttle was awesome. Thanks alot Rin, we will be coming back and also the rustic Romanian restaurant was beyond great.

Everything exceptional.

It was a short stay. But, we dined at the restaurant and the food was good. Shuttle to the airport convenient and on tine. Room beautiful and cleaned. Easy and fast check in. Thank you ! Doinita & Marius Vladutu

Breakfast was awesome and food absolutely great at the restaurant. Staff is always helpful.

We have been using this hotel for years every time when we came to visit Romania and were not disappointed. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable to address any issues you may have.

close to airport, free shuttle, Restaurant was good , only one open though. Room was bottom floor backing on a parking lot that was full of construction things , Room was very very warm . Even though air conditioning. Overall a good airport hotel

Wi-Fi was not strong enough

This was a nice comfortable hotel to overnight in prior to our early flight the next day. Polite staff, clean, well appointed room and an inhouse restaurant. Included shuttle running every hour to and from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Encountered a number of issues during our stay. - no AC in 26 degree heat - had to figure this out ourselves and were told to just turn it off to prevent hot air heating the room further. (after reading other reviews it appears this has been the case since 2021 despite AC being a feature mentioned on Expedia) - minibar fridge not working - hotel room window faced noisy machinery that hummed loudly 24/7 - the water park specified on the website was not open (really annoying as this was not mentioned anywhere on the website and we picked the hotel based on this) - food at the restaurant was awful - avoid! -some staff were rude and unfriendly, specifically the person manning the spa desk. - country club mentioned on website was closed - no pool table (despite being shown on pictures for the hotel) - no apologies or amendments when bringing up these issues at the main desk. - have emailed the hotel as I left my jacket there and wanted to pay for a courier to return it - have been completely ignored! Overall a very disappointing stay. Many of the amenities mentioned are not available. Would not recommend.
