Room and washroom was in bad condition Needs repairing Charges are too much in comparison to services No breakfast included Terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to family with kids.

We had some issues with the safe and door lock not working but everyone was very helpful and accommodating in getting our issues resolved quickly and efficiently.

The hotel is located right near Masjid an Nabawi, which makes this hotel popular. The hotel is very old, dated, the aesthetic and amenities feel antiquated from the late 90s. Service was friendly, housekeeping was helpful and the elevators were quick. Check-in took about 20/25 min and there was only 1 person in front of me, took a while, they had 5-6 people on reception but it was very slow. Near a supermarket, lost of food places, very central location, ideal hotel.

Doesn’t look as advertised, don’t expect a 5 star. Old facilities

It’s an old hotel. Don’t expect anything bling. But saying that most hotels around Madina are old and very dated. They upgraded me so I was happy but the rooms are dirty and dated. The service is good and breakfast very good. Overall I had an ok stay but I would prefer being in a newish hotel and this is too old and outdated for me. Otherwise if you don’t mind old and outdated and dirty carpets then location wise this is perfect if you are with your wife as women’s gate is right outside the hotel.

Very close to haram. Further away from the Rawdah. Close to shopping and can get to the haram in less then 3-4 minutes walk . The room was small and was not kept well. If you’re looking for newer facility and modern this place isn’t it. However if it’s for accessibility and shopping this is ideal.

Excellent location Agree good value for money if booked early and get good price State of the rooms especially bathroom really need upgrade and would be a push to call this a 5 star hotel Breakfast was just ok, definitely not ‘best breakfast in the region’ as it has been mentioned on some occasions previously.

Its look like outsider can easy enter every lift To all the floor..Its sould be control only guess staying that can use the lift to guess rooms

I had stayed with family back in 2022 and had thought that the experience I had then would be similar to any other visit. Without hesitation, I booked Movenpick for elderly my parents and it was a big mistake. They had a hard time checking in, the room was extremely far from the elevator and the carpeting was very very old. My parents were shocked at the lack of maintenance and upkeep. The hot water in the shower was unavailable and the flush malfunctioned a total of 4 times. My parents reached out to the front desk and were told that no other room was available (noting that it was down season right before Hajj) and the mechanic would take 45mins. This was supposed to be a holy pilgrimage for my parents which ended up as a disappointment.

Most convenient to stay with young families.

Awesome Hotel. Very close to haram, female and male gate very close. Staff is very nice. Very welcoming. Kitchen chefs are very accomodating. They listen customer what they want. Over 5 Star. Amazing Service. They give you plenty of water bottles

Excellent experience, the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. Overall, wonderful stay, close to majid nawbi, gift shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
