最初は小屋？感が強く、グランピングのようで残念な気もしましたが、慣れてくると大自然を味わうにはある意味最高なのかもしれないと思うようになりました。ここはとにかくプールが最高！レストランからの眺めも言葉を失います！食事はすべて美味しく、スタッフの方もみんな感じが良く、アルウラに行くのであればおすすめします！

die teilweise negativen Kritiken kann ich nicht bestätigen. Freundlichkeit und Service waren eine klare 10.Beispielsweise wurde am Pool ständig Mineralwasser mit Eis und Lemonslice serviert. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und extremserviceorientiert.

O hotel é muito bonito, boa estrutura de quarto, cama confortável, comida excepcional! O detalhe que não condiz com 5 estrelas foi o atendimento, alguns membros do staff muito mal treinados - nao recolhiam copos ou lixo das mesas, falam inglês vagamente, não atendem bem e com atenção, não explicaram corretamente todo o hotel. Na piscina a cada pedido era preciso já pagar com o cartao, as funcionárias para servir eram péssimas porém a maquininha de cartao aparecia instantaneamente

Ignore the bad reviews! I came to this place and it felt like I was in heaven surrounded by angels. The resort is such a beautiful sight in person, everyone is so kind always ready and willing to guide and help in any way that they can. I’m a black woman and this was my first time solo traveling and everyone made me feel so safe and at home. If you are looking for peace you’ll find it on this resort. Even the tours, I went to reception every morning to book my activities for the day. I booked a private car each time that way I could go anytime/where I want. Qusai at reception was super helpful and kind, he really made everything easy for me. My drivers Mahmoud & Chehab were fantastic, very knowledgeable and great people. I had an amazing time both tours. I saw some bad reviews at first about the golf carts taking long to get to rooms to take people to the pool but from my perspective it felt like they took the reviews into consideration and improved tremendously, I had no issues at all getting around ever! As soon as I called the front desk someone came in a minute or 2. The drivers Ambrose & Bright were so kind and patient when coming to get me. Even the staff at the restaurant Ahdab and Evelyn, such sweet girls, I was alone so they took my pictures for me! I was so shy but they made it fun, even their service and food was amazing. I also recommend the sound bath meditation, such a peaceful & needed time! Thank you Habitas!!

La chica de recepción nada amable, deberían tener personal más capacitado para este tipo de hoteles, me intoxiqué en el restaurante con unos camareros que no servían y me puse muy mal al grado de desmayarme si llamaron al doctor la chica de la noche si fue muy amable y quedó de reembolsarme la cuenta del restaurante que eran como 250 dls cosa que no pasó

While the resort itself is absolutely beautiful, unfortunately the service fell short in some key areas. Upon check-in, we were not informed that a complimentary breakfast was included every morning — something you would expect to be mentioned, especially when you're paying $1,500 USD a night. Additionally, the resort charges 8–10 times the normal Uber rates to use their shuttle service around AlUla, which feels like blatant price gouging. It's a stunning property, but be prepared to get heavily overcharged for just about everything.

Hotel viral con pésimo servicio y muy caro. Escuchaba como otros huespedes se quejaban y lo llamaban "el hotel de la espera" y es real, esperar mucho para check in, mucho para una mesa, mucho para un camastro, mucho para que te asignen cuarto. Precios muy altos de alimentos y olvidan las cosas rapidamente, agendan actividades y cuando llega el momento no te tienen registrado. Quitando que la naturalezs que rodea el lugar es hermosa, el servicio al huesped no es nada bueno.

Nous avons malheureusement fait une erreur d’hôtel, en voulant réserver Our habitas au Qatar nous avons réservé Our habitas mais en Arabie saoudite. Quand nous nous sommes rendus compte de cela nous avons immédiatement prévenu Hôtels.com n’ayant pas encore réalisé l’enregistrement à l’hôtel. Our habitas a également appelé ceux d’Arabie saoudite pour les prévenir que nous étions au Qatar et donc qu’il fallait régulariser la situation. Pour les hôtels ça ne posait pas de problème mais visiblement pour hôtels.com c’était très compliqué d’avoir un retour et pour le moment ils gardent toujours mes sous alors que je n’ai même pas été dans l’hôtel, qu’ils le savent et que je les avais prévenu.
