The property location is good and staff is good breakfast was very good , only thing I found later was charges online reservation was way more than if booked locally

It's very close to the Rawda side of the Masjid (3min walk), and this side is all new with new shopping areas. This is the area that is in front of the Qibla. ATM in lobby was very convenient. Next door outdoor restaurants are all modern (next to Museum of Prophets). I would use them again.

The front desk staff is horrible and act like they are annoyed to even check you in. If you ask for a different room they don’t want to change it.
However, other support staff is excellent. They are truly hardworking and caring.
Would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you can’t find a different hotel.

This property is awesome. Nicest hotel I stay in long time. Everything is spotless clean and staff is very Friendly. They even let us in room 2 hours prior our schedule and on check out they give us extra time.
I will highly recommend it to everyone this hotel.
Everything is close by short walking distance.

The property is very convenient and right across the mosque , however, there seems to be a lot of hagglers or taxis trying to solicit rides, which has nothing to do with the hotel necessarily, but can be annoying sometimes. The unit that we were in was in good clean condition, just one minor issue. The shower lever had a broken piece, but it was still functional. Overall, the units were very spacious and nice to be in and reception as well as staff and housekeeping were very polite and pleasant to work with.
