Amazing hotel very close to harm everything was amazing all the stuff very professionals

Excellent location but after checkout having picked up by a car service took so long that I was late at the airport. The security wouldn’t let our taxi come in hotel. Pullman Zamzam can do better with coordinating with the officers to make it an easy for its guest to check out. Too many busses in that parking lot

By far the worse hotel experience I have had in my last 40 years of traveling, the food was very poor quality, when we arrived at the restaurant, most of the items are gone or very little left . We paid the food we did not use the facilities. We paid the upgrade,and paid for we did not get . Saud promised us new room, he told us the room is not ready , after couple hours we checked out of our room to know the room is not there , they had a change of heart . The only person who refused to give us the room won’t even tell us his name . He was very dismissive and short walked away and ignored us . In the end was not what this hotel promised to be , should be 2 star hotel due to the staff behavior toward many guests not us only . Would not recommend it to any person. Many hotels in the surrounding neighborhoods are by far much better staffed.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We booked a hefty price for two beds and when we tried to check in they tried to rip us off by asking for more money which is unacceptable. Pictures showed full haram view and as per my booking I deserve a full haram view, they made me wait almost 4hours to give me a partial haram view! 4hours sitting on the floor waiting for a check in when I just came from trip and did umrah and tired!! Completely unacceptable The room was very old and dirty service is bad

Rooms need renovation but they are nice and clean. The service staff is very nice. The food and beverage selection was great. Very convenient location.
