Everything is awesome., the room is spacious with Kaaba view, clean and tidy, the breakfast is soo delicious and the duty manager Mr. Abdulwahed and also the front office staff Mr. Jasem are very helpful. The ambience is really homy. I feel peace every time I see window and the Kaaba right away. MasyaAllah Tabarakallah. Hopefully someday I can stay with Swissotel Makkah in the near future. Aamiin

Delicious breakfast, great Kaabah view, near Masjidil Haram. (-) Waiting too long to receive the deposit money from the hotel after check out.

Swissôtel staff is very helpful with the difficulties faced by guests. So far, compared to similar hotels in the Al Haram Mosque area, the service from this hotel staff is the best in my opinion.

Friendly staff, close to the Masjidil Haram, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast menu. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel.
