Spacious room , friendly staff and the location is great - it’s just 5 mins by walk from the Waverley train station. The SPA was nice and The breakfast was great too. I was very happy with my stay.

Great location. Easy to walk around. Great staff. Only complaint the shower door was missing a water strip at the bottom, so when you opened the door the floor would get wet outside.

The staff made my birthday a wonderful experience.

Great amenities and location without being too overrun with tourists. The staff were really nice, although the process for checking in new guests could be smoother. The only thing that I think needs changing is the room service. The app allows you to put a tip, but the tip doesn't actually go to the person bringing me my tray.

Aside from forgetting my wakeup call everything was just great!

The location is ideally located a quick walk from Waverley Station and to the Royal Mile. The rooms were clean, quiet and a decent size. The property itself is close to a shopping centre with lots of inexpensive food options but also close to several pubs and restaurants.

Really enjoyed the location. Close to everything. Clean and inviting hotel. Breakfast was okay. Not sure worth 20 pounds with so many other options nearby but very convenient. Mold in the shower/grout only complaint. Otherwise enjoyed our stay

We loved this hotel. Biggest positive was Irene. As soon as we got there, she ensured we had a room ready straight away and checked in on us periodically to make sure that we were happy with our stay. She went above and beyond and was just amazing.

Zentral gelegen; alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie der Bahnhof fussläufig zu erreichen. Flughafenbus ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nettes Personal. Fitnessraum klein, aber dennoch für ein Stadthotel zu gebrauchen. Schöner kleiner Pool sowie Sauna. Sehr entspannend nach einem langen Tag. Betreten nach 21.00 Uhr mit Schlüsselkarte nicht mehr möglich, obwohl Öffnungszeiten bis 21.30 Uhr. Gebucht war ein Familienzimmer zum stattlichen Preis von über 400,00 Eur pro Nacht. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, welches nicht angemessen war (sehr klein und eng, sehr kalt und zugig, Schlafcouch als 3. Bett völlig unbrauchbar, quietschte laut und man lag auf den Sprungfedern). Nach der 1.Nacht wurde unsererseits reklamiert und wir erhielten sofort ein besseres Zimmer. Der Service war dahingehend gut, allerdings stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis unseres Erachtens nicht.

This was a very lovely hotel in Edinburgh off the hustle and bustle of the royal mile but close enough to walk to everything. The room was spacious with tall ceilings and windows, which added to the overall vibe. The room was clean with nice touches, and the staff were friendly! Very quiet as well.

Really easy to get to and lovely location

It was wonderful. They let me check in early and gave me a beautiful updated room. I ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed it. The staff were personable and kind with one exception. (Takes all types.) I will stay here again if the occasion arises.
