The staff in the hotel were all extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were fabulous Everything you could possibly want was available. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. I would certainly stay again at the Copthorne hotel

Staff were friendly, hotel within a 4 minutes walk to the shops and bars. The hotel was clean with very nice decor, the breakfast was great. The room was big and spacious with coffee and tea available, the bed was very comfortable and got a great sleep.

Another great stay here. I booked last minute, quite late in the day. The room I booked wasn’t available but they found me another with no problem. I really like the style and it all still looks as recently renovates as when I stayed a few months ago. Everything was spotless, you get a lot of space for your money (chairs, table etc) that you don’t always elsewhere and the TV is massive.
The location is fantastic, quiet but central and five minutes from a supermarket to stock the provided fridge in the room! Still definitely the hotel I’d always choose to come back to if I’m staying in the area

Food ordered in restaurant 6.30 pm last Friday never arrived. We felt extremely sorry for the delightful lady who was serving us and was very embarassed about the delay. She kept assuring us that the food was on the way, when it clearly wasn't. She was courteous, friendly and tried as hard as possible to get us our food, but we left after waiting 75 minutes and bought sandwiches and crisps from the Co-op instead.

A great choice for My one night stay in Aberdeen. Location is ideal when having a night on the town. Rooms were comfortable, great bed. Food was nice but nothing special, however I did enjoy the breakfast. I was disappointed with a steak that was tough so maybe try something else. I'd certainly stay there again.

Hotel has been renovated since the last time I stayed, unfortunately parking is still an issue as they don’t have their on site facilities but at least it was a comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was average so I recommend outsourcing it in the nice bars in the area
